RadNet has reported its financial results for the second quarter of 2026, posting record revenue and adjusted EBITDA. The company saw total revenue climb 25 percent to $622.7 million, up from $498.2 million in the same period last year. This marks a new quarterly high for the imaging services provider.
The company's Digital Health segment also set a record, with revenue jumping 56.5 percent to $32.4 million compared to $20.7 million in the second quarter of 2025. That figure includes intersegment revenue. More notably, the segment's Annual Recurring Revenue, or ARR, more than doubled year over year, rising from $53.5 million at the end of June 2025 to $105.5 million as of June 30, 2026. The sharp growth in ARR points to strong adoption of RadNet's AI and digital products, which are becoming a larger part of its overall business mix.
Given the strong performance, RadNet has revised its financial guidance for 2026 upward. The company now expects higher ranges for both revenue and adjusted EBITDA, reflecting continued momentum across its core imaging centers and its newer digital offerings. Management attributed the results to steady patient volumes, improved reimbursement, and successful integration of recent acquisitions.
The company said it remains focused on expanding its footprint and advancing its AI-driven diagnostic tools. With the first half of the year complete, RadNet is on pace to deliver another year of solid growth. Investors responded positively to the news, with shares moving higher in after-hours trading.
