SANTA CLARA, Calif., June 11, 2026 -- Marvell Technology, a company focused on data infrastructure semiconductors, has announced a change in its executive leadership. Dan Durn has been appointed as the company's new Chief Financial Officer, taking on the role effective June 15, 2026.
Durn steps into the position after serving on Marvell's Board of Directors. He resigned from the board on June 10, 2026, to assume the CFO role. He replaces Willem Meintjes, who is stepping down from the position. To ensure a smooth handover, Meintjes will remain with the company in an advisory capacity through April 2027.
The transition comes at a time when Marvell continues to expand its footprint in the semiconductor market, particularly in areas like data center and networking infrastructure. Durn brings prior experience from other technology firms and is expected to oversee the company's financial strategy during its next phase of growth. The company did not provide further details on Meintjes's future plans beyond the advisory period.
